Scope
These terms govern your use of gardeniaglobe.com, operated by Gardenia Uluslararası Ticaret Pazarlama ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi ("Gardenia"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site presents Gardenia's manufacturing and sourcing services and lets you request a quotation. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Prices, lead times, minimum quantities and availability are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract issued by Gardenia. Transit times, certifications and other figures shown on the site are indicative and are confirmed per project.
Quotation requests
When you submit a quote request you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share any file you attach. We may decline a request without giving reasons. A quotation we issue in response is subject to its own terms.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, graphics, layout and code of this site belong to Gardenia or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or use any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product and brand names of third parties, where mentioned, belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: not to attempt unauthorised access, not to send automated requests or scrape content, not to submit unlawful, infringing or harmful material through the form, and not to interfere with the site's operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where they apply.
